The group is large, but due to age and health, only about 5 are able to meet on Wednesdays.
If you feel you would want to be part of this group, whether in person or on the email list to pray from home, please contact Eileen at email@example.com, or Dollene at (817) 723-4246, or (817) 444-4127.
The group meets Wednesday mornings at 9:30 in the Seekers Classroom, with pot luck brunch.
We have a large number of folks who stay updated by email and pray from home. Some of them from as far away as Colorado!
Azle Christian Church is beginning a new program to help the students and teachers of Silvercreek Elementary School. We will be tutoring individuals or very small groups to help them prepare for the STAAR test during and after school.
We need lots of caring adults and high schoolers to help in this vital community service. You do not need an education background to be a part of this program, just a love of children. Please contact Holly Davis at 817-937-2103 with questions or to volunteer.
(A current Azle ISD background check is required.)
We will begin our Financial Peace University on January 21. This is the perfect time to help you dig out from under the Christmas debt and make a fresh start for the new year. 5:00 pm on Sundays, Child care provided.
“Live like no one else, so later you can LIVE and GIVE like no one else”
We are offering a discount on the workbooks to the first ten people (or couples) who sign up for the class. Contact the church office to reserve your space.
We will again be preparing Sack Lunches for the FW Stock Show and Rodeo. We will be packing the lunches on January 17, 2018 prior to the catered meal. Please start gathering snack items [pretzels, peanut butter crackers, pudding, jello cups, or granola bars – all individual items] and fruit items [applesauce cup, fruit cup, fruit roll-up, fruit chews, or fruit juice box].
I’ll have boxes or bins for you to put the items in.
All items must be at the church by January 14th.
Thanks again for your participation in the Tarrant Churches Together 5th Annual Sack Lunch Chuck Wagon!!

The most effective sponsor solicitation is by a personal contact and we need YOUR help. Our sponsors are the primary source of the funds that we raise for the charities. This year the charities are BackPack for Kids, Castle Hills Mission House, Springtown Neighbor to Neighbor, In As Much Food Pantry, Good N.E.W.S, Safe Harbor Counseling Center, Robert Landers Youth Golf, and Azle Education Foundation.
Thank you for your support and prayers as we try to share God’s love with those in need.

Last day will be May 24, 2017 for Summer break and will
resume in the fall.
Flowers and live plants are a great addition to our worship space that provide a warm, bright and welcoming atmosphere for those who gather. If you would like to sponsor a Sunday in memory of or honoring a loved one, please call Robin in the church office to schedule the date, create the wording for the bulletin, and pay for the arrangement.
The flowers or plant will be delivered by Azle Florists and usually cost around $50.00.
Robin will handle the details after you call.
Thanks for your gift to enhance our worship service to the glory of God.
